The Local Neighbourhood Plan will affect around 24,000 residents in the West of Wolverhampton, embracing Tettenhall, Tettenhall Wood, Wightwick, Castlecroft, Compton, Finchfield, Wergs, Stockwell End, Aldersley and Palmer's Cross.

What is the Neighbourhood Plan?
OUR PLACE OUR PLAN is Tettenhall & District's very own Neighbourhood Plan. Community run and fully endorsed by central government it will attempt to set out planning policies and ideas for local property developments.

The application for the Neighbourhood Area was made by the Tettenhall District Community Council for the area covered by Tettenhall Wightwick and Tettenhall Regis Wards.
